All of our Authentic Blackthorn Shillelagh’s come from a 5th Generation stick maker in Ireland. Their family has been making blackthorn shillelaghs for over 200 years! It doesn’t get any more authentic than that!
Every shillelagh we offer is custom ordered to ensure the highest quality, finish and personalization so you can be sure you are getting a REAL Irish Blackthorn Shillelagh. No tourist trap crap here. Just authentic Blackthorn Shillelagh’s from the heart of Ireland.
Please note, these take about 3 or 4 weeks to arrive from Ireland after we place an order.
Every Shillelagh will have it’s own characteristics as a product of nature. No two are alike, and that is part of their beauty to be honest. Each one is a piece of art and the typical process from initial cutting from the blackthorn brush to final cured product takes anywhere from two to three YEARS!
We offer authentic blackthorn cudgels for sale as well. (The cudgels are little harder to come by, so please be patient).
